Kairos was formed by David Hatcher to offer practical solutions to businesses, supporting their change and transformational aspirations.
David is a Change and Transformation specialist with experience in Programme and Project Management, Business Analysis and Data Science covering insurance, finance, local government, telecoms and retail.
David attained his first degree in Mechanical Engineering at Reading University in 1996, embedding the continuous-improvement mindset present in most “think-plan-do-repeat” transformational frameworks.
In 2014, David completed his MBA with Southampton University.
